Job Description

Summary

Seeking early-career nephrologist to join our team of clinical faculty serving the kidney health care needs of the diverse population seen within our Baylor Medicine faculty group practice. Clinical activities will include inpatient services at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center as well as outpatient care in the ambulatory settings of Baylor Medicine's McNair Campus as well as at community dialysis centers. The successful applicant is expected to be passionate about participating in the medical education and clinical teaching activities of Baylor College of Medicine.

Job Duties

  • Clinical care within the Baylor Medicine faculty group practice.
  • Inpatient attending physician services.
  • Outpatient patient care.
  • Educational activities within the Section of Nephrology including bedside teaching, formal lecturing, and mentoring.
  • Research activities such as participating or leading scholarly publications, participating in clinical trial enrollment, participating in or leading quality improvement efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Nephrology
