Are you ready to take on a high-impact leadership position, driving strategy and execution for teams responsible for developer-facing web platforms, publishing operations, and data engineering? By pushing the boundaries of technology, we turn what was once considered science fiction into tangible solutions, made possible by our exceptional people. In this role, you'll define and develop global platform capabilities that support NVIDIA's key strategies. You'll set standards for developer experience and operational excellence in a growing ecosystem of AI and accelerated computing professionals.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead teams responsible for developer-facing web platforms (including websites, technical blog, and forums), content publishing operations, and data engineering.

  • Generate and review business requirements, technical specifications, and implementation plans for platform-related projects.

  • Ensure your teams and roadmaps are aligned with company priorities, collaborating with multi-functional leaders to define and prioritize new features and improve user experience.

  • Foster collaboration among all teams involved in platform projects to ensure agreement on goals, responsibilities, and project timelines.

  • Clearly communicate the status of projects, potential risks, and any critical issues to executive sponsors.

  • Champion end-to-end data quality and content quality initiatives.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ overall years of experience, including 10+ managing web platform engineering teams

  • Hands-on experience developing in CMS systems, CSPs, and frameworks, including Ruby on Rails, AWS, WordPress, and Drupal.

  • Demonstrated expertise in leading projects using standard methodologies for data engineering including data acquisition, web APIs, ETL pipelines, and database design/architecture.

  • Proficiency in data privacy and familiarity with international regulations such as GDPR and PIPL.

  • Experience collaborating with marketing and technical teams to develop project requirements.

  • Deep understanding of how developers, data scientists, researchers, and similar technical audiences differ from enterprise and consumer audiences.

  • Bachelors degree or higher, in a technical field, or equivalent experience.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Demonstrated history of working on platforms oriented toward developers and other technical audiences.

  • Passion and creative approaches to assessing and improving data quality and content quality.

  • Material understanding of key NVIDIA software technologies for AI, Data Science, Accelerated Computing, Graphics/Visualization and/or Robotics.

The base salary range is 256,000 USD - 391,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
