Job Description

ML Ops covers a large scope, this role will focus on merging operational industry standards for assembling, organizing, and using training and evaluation data from both expert and open sources and building ML Ops infrastructure to manage, leverage, and refine quality from feedback in a domain with a high bar for expertise that requires curation of top-quality training and validation data.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identity and leverage research and applied techniques to advance our small scale high quality data into repeatable practices for synthesizing training data at scale

  • Building infrastructure and working with industry leading researchers to validate and bootstrap better base and fine tuned models.

  • Incorporate reinforcement learning feedback from end users and technical authorities into actionable, trainable data.

  • Define and implement data transform, quality assessment, synthesis, and curation of data for evaluation, retrieval augmentation, and validation of quality, performance, and other scoring mechanisms used to monitor and refine the process.

What we need to see:

  • BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 3+ years ML Ops or equivalent practice coordinating multiple data sources and pipelines

  • 5 years applied ML in an engineering or research capacity

  • Recent familiarity with Synthetic Data Generation (SDG) and data collection/quality/training methodologies.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Familiarity with writing CUDA or other accelerated computing technologies.

  • 5+ years applied research, advanced research in data synthesis, data science, statistics. Experience targeting multiple accelerated computing platforms.

  • Familiarity with; sub-disciplines like RAG and data corpus management/RAG-Ops.

The base salary range is 180,000 USD - 339,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
