The AppleCare Digital team is looking for an outstanding Strategy Manager to be a part of it’s Digital Support Strategy Team. The Senior Digital Support Strategy Program Manager is responsible for developing and influencing the long-term digital roadmap and driving the digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to oversee the implementation of innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience, optimize business processes, and ensure competitive advantage.

This role involves partnering with stakeholders across AppleCare Digital and the larger AppleCare organization to develop and implement multi-year roadmaps and strategy for the digital organization, influencing key initiatives and the planning process, improving processes and operational efficiency, and keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Consulting, experience in driving innovation, solid understanding of Digital Systems and capabilities, and a proven track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness in organizations.
Description
Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the organization\'s overall business objectives.
Create a long-term digital roadmap that outlines key initiatives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for digital innovation.
Collaborate with Technology teams to understand changing technology landscape and assess the impacts of the same on the Digital Roadmap. (Evaluate emerging technologies like LLMs and digital solutions to determine their potential impact on the organization.)
Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation efforts.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback collaborating closely with the Business Insights team to inform Digital Support strategy.
Collaborate with product teams to influence product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with digital strategy and organizational goals.
Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to drive buy-in and support for initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of industry experience in a strategic role with focus on developing and influencing long-term roadmaps for an organization and driving key initiatives.
  • Bachelors degree in a STEM field such as Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics and related fields.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web development, mobile applications, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent research skills, including industry and market analysis, as well as technology benchmarking and evaluation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Should have experience presenting and influencing Senior Executives on Digital transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management, or Engineering Management and related fields.
  • Prior experience in consulting is strongly desired.
  • Visionary thinking with the ability to anticipate future digital trends.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
