Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of medical strategy in vaccine category in CauCAR region
  • Develops and maintain in-depth knowledge of vaccines category products, relevant therapeutic areas and infrastructure of the health environment within CauCAR markets. 
  • Builds and develop enduring peer-to-peer relationships with opinion leaders healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive, cross-functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to generate customer insights and leverage business opportunities. 
  •  Serves as a reliable, trusted resource of accurate, current medical and scientific knowledge (e.g.: disease states, product label, statistics interpretation etc) for internal and external stakeholders and customers. 
  • Brings impact into development and execution of educational events, congress, symposia through data provision, evaluation and assessment of scientific content, ensuring that data are used and presented in an appropriate way. 
  • Develops and executes medical project as advisory boards, scientific non-promotional events etc.
  • Collaboration with professional societies and governmental institutions in the filed of medical grants.
  • Serve as the primary Medical point person interfacing with Pfizer resources or internal business partners for vaccines category. 
  • Objectively interprets medical knowledge to deliver value added education to assigned teams. 
  • Medical support to requests for unlicensed products in CauCAR. 
  • Ensures all medically related quality and compliance activities in the filed of responsibilities including but not limited to, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, clinical research and medical information related subjects. 
  • Close collaboration with Regulatory lines for the review of LLDs,  RMP activities and requested communications with Health Authorities.
  • Knowledge and adherence of local pharmaceutical Code of Practice and FCPA/GPIHP, relevant SOPs  and how it relates to the Medical Advisor function. 

Requirements:

  • MD, experience in clinical practice is advantage
  • GCP and biostatistics knowledge
  • Experience in medical function in pharmaceutical sector, knowledge of basic vaccines science
  • English language - upper intermediate/advanced, fluency in Kazakh language is advantage  
  • Excellent presentation skills, agility, ability to work in the team and autonomically
