The Business Manager manages and provides oversight of the research staff for the clinical research departments. Responsible for the administrative, operational, and financial performance of the department. This position performs a variety of complex data analysis, financial evaluation, and report preparation functions to support the planning, decision‐making, and implementation activities.
As a successful candidate, you will:
- Co-lead development and maintenance of annual budgets.
- Perform a variety of complex data analysis
- Create business justification for new programs and positions (faculty and staff).
- Review and approve ERP requests, facilities requests, catering requests, travel requests, and other department related expenses.
- Oversee clinical research staff onboarding and offboarding.
Your qualifications should include:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or related field
- 3+ years of business/operations experience preferably in a healthcare environment

Salary range $90,812 - $151,652
