Job Description

Responsibilities*
Understand the data schema and the context by which the data are being collected.
Use relational databases like SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
Build/update custom applications by scoping, designing and building custom applications.
Provide appropriate documentation for each stage of the technology implementation process.
Build and maintain Master Data Strategy
Build Tableau and other data visualization reports.
Ability to synchronize lean and project management techniques.
Coordinate the interfaces between major systems and programs.
Provide timely and functional tools with high first-time quality.
Perform testing, debugging, and modifications to existing applications.
Supports in the training and documentation of applications.
Make recommendations where necessary to guide department's technology decisions.
Pull, organize, structure, interpret data to provide guidance in decision making where necessary.
Work across departments to investigate available hardware and software configurations.
Required Qualifications*
Intermediate:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, certifications(s), or 3-5 years of experience building and working in relational databases.
1 years experience in programming languages such as C, C++, C# or Java.
At least 1 year of experience in web programming using .ASP, HTML5, CSS, REACT, and Jscript.
1 year of experience using data visualization like Tableau
Experience with Data Science concept
Organizational, presentation and written communication skills
Strong and effective communication skill
Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people, internally and externally.
Ability to act effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
Flexibility to meet changing priorities.
Senior:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or 5-7 years of experience building and working in relational databases.
2 years of experience in programming languages such as C, C++, C# or Java.
2 years of experience in web programming using .ASP, HTML5, CSS, REACT, and Jscript.
Desired Qualifications*
Health system experience
Experience in R, JScript, Python and other programming languages/platforms like MCV, Spring, REACT, ASP
