Job Description
We are looking for an LPN for our Occupational Health Clinic:
- Primarily covering the influenza program and respirator fit testing. However, will be cross trained for the onboarding side.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Provides care to Moffitt Team members in accordance with established Occupational
Health guidelines, nursing care standards, and Moffitt Policy & Procedures. Coordinates, provides, and documents
Direct team member/ patient care in accordance with established standards & regulatory guidelines.
EDUCATION:
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma/GED
- Preferred: Associates Degree
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
- BLS
- LPN
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- 1 year direct patient care experience.
- Experience with various computer software programs.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 1 year Occupational Health experience.
- Minimum of 3 years direct patient care experience.
- Minimum of 1 year ambulatory services such as clinics.
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish).
